Cameron Winery is dedicated to producing high-quality, hand-crafted and sustainably-farmed libations for the people. Cameron is a small family operation, producing 3,000 to 4,000 cases annually. John Paul, the irrepressible owner and winemaker emeritus, founded the winery in 1984.
Fruit for this wine is sourced from White Oak Vineyard in the Ribbon Ridge AVA. White Oak Vineyard was planted in 2006 and is lovingly tended by famed cider apple grower Alan Foster.
Ruby red in color. 12.9% ABV. Pretty nose of red fruits, cloves, baking spices and rose petals. Light to medium body with exquisite acidity. Charming and ethereal. Cherry, pomegranate, cranberry and minerals on the palate. Tremendous length on the finish. Delightful Pinot Noir from one of the stand out producers in the Willamette Valley. Best over the next 3-4 years.

I’ve never visited Cameron but hope to do so on my next trip to the Willamette Valley.
