New Releases from Papapietro Perry

Papapietro Perry Winery was founded in 2000 by Bruce and Renae Perry and Ben and Yolanda Papapietro. The four had been making Pinot Noir in Ben and Yolanda’s San Francisco garage for many years prior. Ben is the current Executive Winemaker. The winery specializes in small lots of Pinot Noirs and Zinfandels from carefully selected vineyards.

Samples provided by the winery.

This was my first chance to try the wines from Papapietro Perry and the wines are certainly impressive. As always, I hesitate to suggest another mailing list but I’ll make an exception here.

The winery is located in Healdsburg and is open daily for tastings. Reservations are recommended. I look forward to visiting on my next visit to the Russian River Valley.

  1. I happened to see Zinfandel Chronicles mentioned in one of their emails so I looked this up. Very happy to hear you liked the wines. They’ve been a favorite of mine in the area for 15 years, and they are the nicest folks!
